• The user logs in with his username/password.

• Click on “Follow-ups” to view today’s follow-ups

The Process - Admin User
1• The Admin user logs in with his username/password.
2• Clicks on the Admin tab to add product categories,
products and users in the system for once

• Clicks on the Message tab to configure the e-mails or SMSs he wants to send to his prospects/customers at various trigger points
4• Has to right to delete any record whether prospect,
customer or receipt
