!Robin serves on the Maintenance Team. She loves to clean and maintain the facility, both inside and out. Robin also comes in during the weekdays to make sure that the Sanctuary is prepared for the encounter. She is consistent, reliable and always goes the extra mile. She has a meek spirit and pleasant attitude. She is a team player and loves Drs. Forbes and her CCC family. We celebrate her heart to keep CCC clean and organized.

Trahnel serves in the administrative office during the day. She is always efficient and very detailed. She has a spirit of excellence. She has embraced many new assignments. She completes them ahead of schedule, even if she has to come in extra days to do so. Trahnel is often called on when the staff has unexpected assignments, and someone is needed to cover the front desk. If her schedule is open, she steps right in to the assignment. She honors Drs. Forbes and always talks about how much she has learned. We appreciate her heart and love for the ministry.

I have attended CCC previously as a visitor; when the church was located on Huy Road and again on Lakeview Avenue. I officially became a member in!September of 2012. I was a believer in Christ and the Word of God when I joined. I have been a believer for years, with a background of Baptist and Pentecostal. I am currently serving in the Usher Ministry, helping members and visitors in our Sanctuary. CCC has had a major impact on my life.!I was impressed that even the members are so knowledgeable in the Word of God. Once, I asked an usher a scriptural question regarding a particular verse after class. He was able to explain it to me in great detail. I wanted to be that knowledgeable in

God's Word too, so I started attending Kingdom College every Wednesday and Wow, I love it!

Dr. Forbes is a tremendous man of God and he has made a difference in my life. He takes you deep sea diving in the teaching of God’s Word. I’ve learned how to live in the ways of the Kingdom of God. He made me aware that I am forgiven regardless of what I did in the past and I don't have to ever feel condemned again, because I am the righteousness of God in Christ. Lastly, he has shown me truth in the scriptures and how we should depend on the Word of God.

Being a partner of CCC has been very rewarding in terms of spiritual fulfillment for my life. The partnership and covering that we have under Apostle Leroy Thompson is an awesome spiritual package like no other.

I am in the right church heading in the right direction. Heavenly bound!

I became a partner with Columbus Christian Center almost 19 years ago on March 31, 1995. I was not a believer at

the time, but now my family and I attend regularly. I serve in the Deacons ministry and with the First Lady Assistants. As we partner with Drs. Forbes to carry out God’s vision, we also get blessed just as Simon Peter and his partners were blessed in Luke chapter 5. !

I appreciate the partnership we have with Drs. Forbes and the CCC family. We run with and execute the vision God has given us to increase lives with the Word of God, as well as, God showing Himself strong through us with the Prosperity Message in Columbus, Ohio.

I would like others to understand the impact CCC has had on my life. Everything that I know about the Lord, Faith, Family, Finances and this life in Christ, I learned from my spiritual parents Pastor Forbes and Dr. Tracy. I follow their example as they follow Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1). As they impart God’s wisdom in me, I hide it in my heart to apply it in my life.

I Believed God for a marriage like Drs. Forbes,

seeing how they serve together. But coming from divorced parents, it seemed!impossible. In 2004, God blessed me with a husband who loves and serves the Lord. He gave me the desires of my heart and used my spiritual parents as a tangible example that I could attach my faith to. I truly thank God for Pastor Forbes, Dr. Tracy and their children for “gifting” them to my family and I, and for blessing our lives richly through them.!

Recently in Kingdom College the emphasis has been on “Flowing in the Goodness of God’s Grace.” Grace is concentrated in Christ and his finished work on The Cross. All we have to do is receive grace by faith. Receiving grace is accepting that everything we need has already been paid for and established by Christ; the forgiving of all our sins, all the healing that we require, our financial prosperity and our Righteousness. !Living for God is easy when we do it His way. But, it’s hard to live for The Father when we want to do things our way. It’s also hard even when we’re focusing on God’s way, but don’t have any passion or fire for God. We have to get out of a religious mindset that’s only based on rules. We are no longer under the old law. BUT, there are still consequences for bad choices. The Holy Ghost will deal with us if our hearts are right, and most important remind us that we are the Righteousness of God in Christ. Realizing this will cause any desire for sin to die. !Romans 7:5-6 shows that the law arouses the old nature in us which causes sinful behavior. However, Christ’s sacrifice now enables us to live by the Spirit. The purpose of the law was to demonstrate to us how rebellious our old nature is towards God. Rebellion is the problem, and the only problem. If you get rid of the rebellion, you’ll get rid of the sin. We get rid of the rebellion by yielding to righteousness. We become righteous by accepting Christ’s ministry and his finished work on The Cross. We receive grace by receiving Christ, and this corrects everything. The only hindrance to this truth is in our mind, and The Word is able to renew our mind. !God’s grace is about “Who we are”, not “What we do” or “Have done.” We have to focus on who we are through Christ and not our circumstances. Understanding who Christ is will cause us to flow in God’s Grace. Only then can we stop regretting our past and receive our future. !
