T H E P A S TI t was 1914 when our Company moved its f irst steps and original ly started to manufacture agricultural tools.Off icine di Cortabbio was off icial ly established in 1951 , when the incoming demand for qual ity forged components for the Oi l and Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical Industr y began to take place. The Company then shifted its production, changing its roots into the flange manufacturing .

T H E P R E S E N TToday we are leader in Europe for the manufacturing of steel f langes to be used in oi l plants, gas pipel ine and aqueducts.We have avai labi l i ty of an important stock of f inished, semi-finished and forging products that al lows us to satisfy our customers’ needs, even with the most urgent inquir ies.Our modern production and testing machiner y, our steadfast check of the production proceed al low us to always grant the highest quality standards and rel iabil ity .On top of the highest qual ity of our products, we have the “perfect” dimension to offer both good production capacities a long with “ tailored” flexibi l ity capabil it ies towards our customers.

factories at Pr imaluna.

Al l base material is purchased from leading West

European steel mil ls and is suppl ied with a quality

certif icate EN 10204/3.1 .

Our production cycle is planned and monitored by

a management system which guarantees quality,

efficiency and traceabil ity .

Since the reception and control of the material in

acceptance, for each phase of the process, and

up to the f inal testing, the product is uniquely

identif ied.

The production data are monitored, “measured”

and registered to ensure and al low:

the control and monitoring on ever y step of the

process;

the detection of cr it ical points and/or lack of

eff iciency;

the checking of the advancement of each phase

at the expected t imeframe

univoco.

I dati di produzione vengono monitorati , “misurati”

e registrati per garantire e consentire:
