HY PRECISION MANUFACTURING (a division of HY MOULD & DIE LIMITED) is continually growing in the design, development and manufacturing of high-tolerance and high-quality CNC Machined parts, along with providing complete support to HY PRECISION MOULDS division focused on Plastic injection moulds and its components manufactured at our China facility. We offer superior customer service and satisfaction with timely delivery of engineered solutions using
advanced technologies, proudly developed in an atmosphere of encouragement and respect for our customers, suppliers, employees and the environment.
We are a team of “professional engineers” assisting North American enterprises to take advantage of “best cost” manufacturing opportunities available in Canada and South China.
We create highly specialized fixtures, prototypes and components. Our specialized equipment and
in-house technical expertise allow us to machine and build products from a wide range of materials, including stainless steels, aluminums and exotic engineered plastics.
Our unique blend of machine shop equipment allows us to do a wide variety of work in house and totally under our control. We work to a shop standard of +/- 50 microns (0.002”) linear dimensions and holding flatness to 75-micron (0.003”) flatness; starting at these shop tolerances we can get to much tighter tolerances if required.
We work together with our customers to build up a knowledge base about customers' processes, equipment and needs and then arrive at innovative solutions on parts thought impossible.
DESIGN ENGINEERING Utilizing advanced CAD/CAM, our professional engineers will transform your product ideas into reality. The software we employ includes Solidworks Professional 2018, AutoCAD 2018 & Mastercam 2019 Product review and feasibility study
Prior to Part design, our engineering team will review customer product design and issue feasibility study report, offering proposals, if any, for improvement of manufacturability, cycle time or part quality.
Our engineers can offer all assistance and necessary information required to create your product and follow its development through onto the production line.
JIGS & FIXTURES We design, manufacture and troubleshoot jigs & fixtures as production equipment that can be used to produce duplicate parts with consistent quality. We specialize in manufacturing a wide selection of jigs & fixtures for various projects and applications in the automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, military, appliance, and energy sectors. All jigs & fixtures are developed to fit your exact specification, complying with stringent quality standards for complete confidence in achieving durable, stable and repeatable parts. Our Products:

Hold part per GD&T for co-ordinate measuring machine inspections.

CUSTOM CNC MACHINING & PRODUCTION We offer complete CNC machining services with our CNC mill and conventional machining such as Milling, Lathe and Surface Grinder. Producing parts from typically from 1 to 1,000 parts. Our staff is efficient in both machining prototype parts and short run production. We are a custom job working in a lean manufacturing environment. We pay attention to every detail of your drawings and stay true to your design.
