INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup paprika 1/4 cup kosher salt 1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons mustard powder 1/4 cup chilli powder 1/4 cup ground cumin

2 tablespoons ground black pepper 1/4 cup granulated garlic 2 tablespoons cayenne

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. You’ll want to keep some in a shaker next to the

TRI-COLOUR | MARBLE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

200 g butter 1 tsp vanilla essence

200 g sugar 2 eggs

300 g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder

150 ml milk pink food colouring

2 tbsps cocoa powder 2 tbsp milk (extra)

PREPARATION

• Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until ight and

fluffyAdd eggs one at a time

• Stir in flour & milk in 2 batches

• Divide mixture into 3 portions in our mixing bowls

• Blend sifted cocoa powder with extra milk and

stir into one portion

• Add pink colouring into another portion. Leave

the 3 rd portion plain

• Drop alternate spoonfuls of mixtures into a

round pan

• Use a skewer to swirl through the mixture

• Bake cake in a baking dish at 170 C for 55 mins

PRECISION MOULDS & DIES

Precision Moulds and Dies (PMD) was started by Mr. G.S.Kochhar

in 1973. After completing a Master Degree in Mechanical and

Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainsville

USA, he spent two years in Los Angeles, USA working in a high

precision tool shop. On his return to India, he founded PMD with

the aim of creating a high precision tool room.

After almost four decades, we are now one of the oldest and

best tool rooms in India, manufacturing over 150 moulds a year

and processing over 2000 tons of plastic.

The tool room is fully air-conditioned with the latest CNC ma-

chines and operates 24 hours to produce moulds. International

standard moulds are manufactured in the fastest lead times. Our

biggest asset is our technical knowhow and highly trained staff

of technicians, designers, engineers and machinists who look

forward to solving the toughest of problems with the most

innovative solutions.

At PMD we have three injection moulding units, two in Sahibabad

(U.P) and one in Baddi (H.P). With a total of 50 injection moulding

machines and 5 blow moulding machines, millions of plastic

parts are produced every month for the household, packaging,

personal care, cosmetic, engineering & pharmaceutical industry.

Since we design, manufacture and use our own moulds for

production, we are a one stop solution for our clients and

customers. No process in PMD is outsourced and it is this

experience in every step, which gives us a competitive edge

and ensures our quality.
