As you complete the following parts of the exercise, aim to select behaviors that could be measured by an outside observer. This will help you as you work to implement any behavioral changes because you will be able to keep score on yourself to track progress. Identify 3-5 things you will do to balance your scale in favor of positive versus negative in order to help avoid difficult situations.
