DPPC: Laboratories (Level 2 MJIIT)

The laboratory will be used mainly for water,geohazard and microbiological testing fordisaster response.

MJIIT with JASTIP will establish a disasterprevention joint‐laboratory which aims to buildup a comprehensive international laboratory fordisaster prevention researches dealing withheavy rain and flood, sediment disaster, volcanicdisaster, atmospheric disaster, earthquake andtsunami, etc. which break out frequently inASEAN countries. MJIIT provides office space forvisiting JASTIP and/or Japanese counterparts.

CPT students have the option to take the 2‐week full course or toattend lecture sessions given by Japanese lecturers (2‐3 days)depending on their time availability.

Students who complete the full course will get 3 credits that canbe accumulated over a period of 3 years to pursue a MA degree.Students who attend the 2‐3 days session will be certified forContinuing Professional Development (CPD).*CPD application in process.
