Dr. Jacques François, the savvy entrepreneur behind the Makari brand, spent his younger years working in the family-owned stores in Queens, New York. Motivé par sa passion pour les produits de soins et une volonté ardante de créer une gamme unique de produits spécifiques à une clientèle qu’il juge importante mais négligée, le Dr. François s’allie á un chimiste belge renommé, Mr. Gérard Pinault et ensemble, en 1995,, ils créent MAKARI de SUISSE.
