Online Technical Resources Steven Engineering offers a multitude of online technical resources. Whether you need factory cross reference programs or CAD drawings, our website provides you with all the necessary technical resources in one location. • Select “Technical Support” from the menu at the top of the home
page, then click on “Online Technical Resources”. The Online Technical Resources menu items provide links that will take you directly to manufacturer CAD drawings, application notes, product configuration programs, factory cross references, factory notices and more. Give it a try today.
Search by Manufacturer • On the home page, select the “Manufacturer” drop-down box. Click
on the arrow next to the box to display available manufacturers.
• Click on a manufacturer to select it. • Click on the Search button. The parts offered by your selected
manufacturer will appear. For information on the displayed search results, see page 6.

Search by Part Number Enter the numeric part number in the “Part Number” field on the home page. Some manufacturers' products (such as Phoenix Contact, SICK or Pepperl + Fuchs) have descriptive alphanumeric model numbers. To search for these products using the model number, use the "Description" field and omit spaces.
• Type in part or all of the part number you desire. When searching for a product using the Part Number field, wildcards (i.e., "/", "*", "-") can be used but are not necessary.
• When conducting a partial or exact part number search, products are sorted first with part numbers with an exact match, then begins with, then contains, then ends with what you defined in the search fields.
• Click on the “Search” button. For information on the displayed search results, see page 6.

Datasheet Resource Center Steven Engineering’s website is the home of over half a million technical datasheets from all of our manufacturers. We also provide user manuals from different manufacturers on our website. • Select “Technical Support” from the menu at the top of the home
page, then click on “Datasheet Resource Center”. • Select either “Technical Datasheets” or “User Manuals” from the
column on the left. • Click on the desired manufacturer and browse through the list of
publications. • Click on the one(s) you wish to print or download in PDF format. Technical datasheets and user manuals are viewed and printed as Portable Document Format (PDF) files. A list of PDFs are sorted either alphabetically or by product series. For your downloading convenience we have also listed the file size.
Search by Description You can fill in this section alone or narrow your search by also using one or more of the other search options (see pages 2 and 3).
• Type in the description of the item you desire in the “Description” field on the home page.
• Use singular words rather than plural. Abbreviations are OK, and case (capital or lower case letters) is not important.
• When using multiple word descriptions in the "Description" field, separate the words by a space.
• Type abbreviated measurements or product characteristics without spaces. For example, type: "9a" (9 amp), "24VAC" (24 volts AC), "3p" (3 pole), i/o (input/output).

Refine Your Search You can refine your search in a number of ways: • Select more than one search option to narrow your search
criteria. • Check the "View Only In-Stock Items" box. The search results will
display only those items that meet your search criteria and are currently in stock.
• If using the "Description" option, check the "Conduct 'AND' Search" box. This box narrows your search by displaying only exact matches to your search criteria. To select it, click on the box to display a checkmark.

Literature Request Obtaining the latest manufacturer catalog is as easy as the click of a button. Request the literature you need on Steven Engineering’s website. • Select “Literature Request” from the home page. The “Order
Literature by Category” page appears. If you prefer to order by manufacturer, select the “Order Literature by Manufacturer” option in the left column.
• Click in the corresponding boxes to make your catalog selections. • Type in the appropriate contact information and click on the
“Submit” button. When your request is received, your catalogs will be sent out immediately.

New Products & Literature Explore an up-to-date list of new products and literature available at Steven Engineering. Each month Steven Engineering publishes a list of new products available from our manufacturers for all types of industries and projects.
Select “Products/Services” from the menu at the top of the home page, then click on “New Products & Literature”. New Products are displayed by manufacturer. Find out detailed information about the new products by selecting the provided options.
