In the past, the sort of dynamic and action focussed leadership development courses designed to achieve these outcomes have only been available to Owners/Managers and Managing Directors.

This course is an opportunity for anyone who is a manager, whether that be in a small, medium or large business, to access the same powerful experiences.

During the course delegates will learn more about themselves through a variety of immersion, knowledge, action and learning days.

Action DaysOvercome key challenges through peer to peer learning and receive support from your own group at regular scheduled intervals. These sessions will help you decide the best way to meet your challenges and overcome them.

Learning DaysReceive input from industry experts to reflect on your own leadership development and drive your action plans forward.

Immersion DayExperience a unique day of challenge, to develop self awareness, motivate change and create a clear personal development and action plan.
