    CHNG 1

    QU TRNH CHY NHIN LIU

    1. 1. M u

    Cc qu trnh luyn kim phn ln u tin hnh nhit cao trong cc thit b luyn kim

    bng cch t nhin liu, tc l gy ra s chy. Ty theo loi nhin liu (rn, lng hay kh) v

    phng php t chy m ta c sn phm chy c tnh oxy ha hay tnh hon nguyn thch hp

    vi yu cu cng ngh ca qu trnh luyn kim.

    Do s chy chng nhng m bo cho l luyn kim c nhit cao m cn to ra sn

    phm chy c tnh cht cn thit tham gia tch cc vo cc phn ng luyn kim trong l.V d: Qu trnh hon nguyn oxt kim loi yu cu sn phm chy phi c tnh kh thc

    hin phn ng :

    MeO + CO = Me + CO2

    hay MeO + H2 = Me + H2O

    Nu qu trnh l oxy ha cc tp cht trong kim loi lng th yu cu sn phm chy phi

    chy CO, H2. Nhng phn ng chy nhin liu rn c ngha quan trng i vi qu trnh ha

    luyn l phn ng chy cacbon.

    Nhin liu dng trong luyn kim cn t nhng yu cu sau y:- C hiu ng nhit ln.

    1.2. Nhit ng hc ca phn ng chy kh

    1.2.1. Chy oxit cacbon (CO)

    Kh oxit cacbon l thnh phn ch yu ca nhin liu kh. Trong luyn kim CO

    c hai cng dng: t chy cung cp nhit v dng lm cht hon nguyn oxt kim

    loi. V chy CO ta nhiu nhit, ng thi kh CO c i lc mnh vi oxy nn c th ly

    oxy ca nhiu oxit kim loi. Phn ng chy CO:

    2CO + O2 = 2CO2 (1 - 1)

    Theo quy lut pha:

    trnh (1 -22).

    - Nu thay i iu kin gim dc ca ng cong b v chuyn dch ng cong a ln

    pha trn th dn ti s h thp nhit bc chy v ngc li.

    2.1. i lc ho hc v bn nhit ng hc ca oxit, cacbonat vsunfua.
