COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Founded in 1997 in Avelgem, Belgium, IVC is a privately held company with products sold in more than 100 countries. A leader in the residential resilient flooring market for Western Europe and the United States, IVC is the fastest growing resilient flooring company in the world. In 2004, IVC US was incorporated to service the United States and North American markets.

During 2011, we built the industry’s most modern and efficient manufacturing facility in Dalton, GA. This state-of-the-art plant features the longest vinyl sheet line in the world along with the most advanced equipment and machinery available. IVC’s expansion in the USA grew the company from 50 employees to 200 in less than two years.

From this new facility in Dalton, GA and our distribution center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, IVC US is able to efficiently serve theNorth American market.

In 2012, IVC opened its ultra-modern LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile & Plank) manufacturing facility in Belgium. This unique manufacturing plant produces an array of LVT products in an ecologically justified way, eliminating the need to source from the Far East. Like in Europe, IVC is emerging from an industry challenger to an industry leader in North America.

Our LVT products are produced in our brand-new, state-of-the-art green production facility in Belgium. This green plant guarantees smooth deliveries and excellent dealer training. With know-how, rationalization and an efficient quality policy, IVC Group has become a market leader in vinyl flooring in a very short time span. Concept, creation and production take place in-house and the products meet the strictest internal and external quality standards. When combining local production with a network of solid distribution partners, you can be sure you are buying top quality, as well as providing it to your customers. IVC aims for its products to be as environmentally sound as possible, making our LVT an ecologically responsible and intelligent choice.

4 Weeks to ship from our production facility in Belgium to the U.S., compared to 12 weeks from the Far East. Ordering with IVC means you will need less inventory, which translates to reduced working capital.

Our production site in Belgium is being equipped with ourown wind turbines that adhere to the strictest standards of noise pollution and shadow casting. The turbines will provide the complete energy needs of the production unit.

Beginning with the selection of raw materials for our floors, our production processes fall within all international standards for air quality, chemicals and water conservation.

Our LVT consists of up to 50% recycled materials and can be reclaimed and recycled at the end of its product life.

We exclusively use environmentally friendly inking methods and a water-based polyurethane lacquer for the protective layer of our floor. All our inks can be recycled and reused.

We are constantly striving to improve our packaging methods and to find innovative ways of reducing waste. Our cartons are also FSC* certified.
