To pay all fees associated with the use of the Fallen Timbers facility (greens fees, cart fees, range fees, merchandise pur-

chases, food & beverage purchases, simulator use and any other fees charged by the club) at the time of use or by the

10th of each month per the credit (charge account) provided by the club. All delinquent accounts are subject to a 2%

month interest charge and any cost associated with collection efforts.
