    are dispatched and start working• At the time you are indentured, you will need to pay your annual

    receive your official vendor/BCBS medical ID card Official BCBS medical ID cards will be issued within 30 days; if not received,

  • How Long am I in the Bronze PPO Plan?

    • Upon your initial eligibility or if you re-establish eligibility, you will remain in the Bronze PPO Plan for the remainder of the Plan Year

    • If you remain eligible at the time of Open Enrollment, you will be able to select from one of the seven health plan options (including the Bronze PPO Plan)

    • If you first become eligible or re-establish eligibility on March 1, you will remain in the Bronze PPO Plan for 13 months, but you can select a Plan during the following year’s open enrollment period

    • If your child is covered under both plans, the parent whose birthday is earlier in the Calendar Year shall pay as primary Different rules apply if you are divorced or not married
