As a proud sponsor of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital KTAR Radiothon, Gila River Casinos cage & collection team members volunteered their time in August assisting the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation in accepting donations on their phone bank during the popular event. The KTAR Radiothon is Phoenix Children’s Hospitals largest fundraiser and is in its 15th year of raising funds to assist patients and families. This event is simulcast live on KTAR from Phoenix Children’s Hospital and includes on air personalities, a phone bank staffed by sponsors and volunteers, and celebrity appearances.
WELCOME TO THE NEW GILA RIVER CASINOS STAR AWARDS PROGRAM!
Team Members,
September marks the end of our 2015 fiscal year at Gila River Gaming Enterprises. This has been a very successful year for us that has been highlighted by both business growth and exemplary guest service at all levels of our organization.
As we prepare for fiscal 2016 and the increase in business levels that we experience in the fall and winter months, let’s focus on the components of our outstanding success. We have the drive to provide the highest level of guest service to every individual who visits our three properties. We create value for our guests which is the foundation of their loyalty to our properties, and to our overall Enterprise. We must always be at our best and deliver the superior service that our guests expect. This is the hallmark of our future growth and even greater success in the years to come. I look forward to another successful year in fiscal 2016, and I sincerely thank you for your commitment and all of your efforts to make our business strong and thriving. We can only do this as a team, working together to achieve our common goal.
With my sincere appreciation,Janice Ponziani

The Lone Butte Casino Expansion project broke ground in October of last year, and will enhance guests’ experience at every point. The upgrades include an expanded casino floor, brand new dining options and an all new way to enjoy entertainment in the Lone Butte Event Center.
This exciting project has been months in the making, and now Lone Butte Casino is home to an 8,000-square-foot multi-function event center that offers unlimited opportunities for entertainment and private functions. The Event Center offers complete operational flexibility that can be configured into a number of sizes to accommodate multiple uses. The opening show has been booked for September 19, 2015 and will feature R&B kings Kool & The Gang.
The gaming floor has been expanded by 10,000 square feet to provide a more spacious feel that is easier to navigate. The highlighted feature includes an all-new High Limit Slots Room.
To enhance the renovations, Lone Butte Casino opened the all new Cities Bar & Grille last month, which has already proven to be a guest favorite. This new concept is a true all-American restaurant, featuring signature dishes from across the country like New Orleans Jambalaya, St. Louis Ribs, Baltimore Crab Cakes, New York Strip and so much more.
