The scheme comprises of 537 apartments in 10 blocks, varying
in height from 4 to 9 storey’s.Car parking for 550 cars, roads,
infrastructure services, podiums and landscaped areas are also
to be provided for the use of the residents, along with the
supporting ancillary accommodation in the form of meter rooms,
waste collection areas, generators, substations, transformers,
etc.

The scheme comprises of 492 apartments in 6 blocks, varying in
height from 6 to 8 storey’s.Car parking for 500 cars, roads,
infrastructure services, electrical distribution center, podiums
and landscaped areas are also to be provided for the use of the
residents, along with the supporting ancillary accommodation in
the form of meter rooms, waste collection areas, generators,
substations, transformers, etc
GIBRALTAR AIRPORT TUNNEL AND FRONTIER ACCESS ROAD. 2011-2012
Budget: $80M
Position: Engineering/Construction Project Manager
The contract include the construction of a tunnel below sea level fortraffic and another for pedestrians under the airport runway, and a roadbetween the frontier and Eastern Beach. The aim of the investment isto address the problem of traffic decongestion at the airport whenaircraft land or take off.The contract includes design and construction of the following: (1) a dual carriage way (four lanes) from the commercial gate at the frontierto the junction of Eastern Beach Road and Devil’s Tower Road (viaEastern Beach). (2) A tunnel under the eastern end of the runwayconsisting of four traffic lanes and a separate tunnel for pedestriansand a cycle path including dewatering and treatment water plant. Therewill also be a tunnel control centre. (3) An aviation fuel storage tanksfarm buried underground on the north side of the runway. (4) Anoffshore structure (around 100 metres off the eastern end of therunway) to provide aircraft approach lighting required by modernaviation practices and procedures.
