benefit from choosing you?– Establish credentials, be authentic.– Show what you are passionate about .– You have an additional 500 characters to list specialties. List, in bullet

points, your specific expertise and proficiencies.

Explain what you do at MMA, what you have accomplished, not just résumé information.

How has your work experience affected your main objectives. Show what makes you an expert in your niche. Make sure the web site is MMA. Use the MMA summary in the sample producer profile to describe MMA.

– List at least 2 past positions Think Out of the Box

Education – Awards / Clubs / Extra-Curricular Activities, such as sports, music, etc.

This is your Personal Brand. Be authentic and let your personality shine through!

Have a Professional Profile picture.

All Profiles should say MMA, not NIA. Website must also reflect this. Use: www.marshmclennanagency.com

Check for misspellings.

Refer to Marsh’s Social Media policy. Make sure your Profile is aligned with it.

Remember this is an online network for business. It is not personal like Facebook.
