ABOUT THIS WORKSHOPThe hackathon aims to show how we could investigate the effects of smoking

vs. genetic factors for dementia. The first part involves development of a query to find mutations associated with dementia. The second part involves

development of a query to decide whether a patient is a smoker, non-smoker or former smoker, and evaluate against existing gold standard data.
