“The best thing about the programme has to
be the people you meet. When you first start
at a new store you’re always very nervous,
but every colleague makes you feel
welcome and I have made some great
friends along the way.”
Zoe Walker
“Since working here I have learnt a number
of different things such as how to operate
tills, checking off and putting out deliveries,
setting up the store for promotion change
over and how to order stock. I have really
enjoyed having a variety of different
responsibilities and learning different things
all the time.”

“I have already learnt so much since
starting my apprenticeship programme, and
in the pharmacy itself there is never a dull
moment. You get to know the regular
customers and it’s really satisfying when
you can offer them advice on something
you’ve learnt at college.”
William Hodson
“Moving to different stores has given me an
insight into how, not only the pharmacy
itself works, but how different pharmacies
work to suit the needs of their customers
