The dimensions of the Room sre 60 feet by 50 feet, and 27 feet high, with a good moveable platformand very good Cloak and. Ante-Rooms attached.

The Room must be paid for in advance.

Any damage done to the Building, Furniture, Windows, Doors, Floors, Platform, or other propertyof the Society, shall be paid for by the party in possession of the Room.

If the Room be used for a ditferent purpose than for which it was taken, the Entertainmeut orproceedings msy at any time be stopped.

The Lessee shall preserve order and strictly prohibit smokin in the Room.

The Hall-keeper will prepare the Room, open and close the doors for Entertainments or Meetings,snd attend to the Gss; if parties taking the Room require sny other services from him, or detain him bycontinuing to occupy the Poom after 10.80 p.m. , they shall psy him after the rate of Sixpence per hour,except in eases of Balls, when they shaH pay him, after the hour above specifled st the above rate.
