Evaluation can be described as the systematic investigation of the merit, worth, or significance of any “object”
Program Planning ProcessEvaluation is part of a larger program planning process.
First, you plan the project.Then you implement it. Then you evaluate it.
You will have to use what you learn from the evaluation to improve your future project.
After Action Review
Review the project and its related objective or deliverable. For each one ask the following:
1. What did we set out to do?2. What did we achieve?3. What went really well? 4. What could have gone better? 5. What prevented us from doing more? 6. What can we learn from this?
Final Evaluations
Conducted toward the end of the project.
