Pairs have one ball. They start on one side of the pitch and while running throw the ball to each other. On the other side wait until everybody finishes. 6x

Students go further from each other and practice long distance throw. Again while running. 6x

Students start from the middle line and practice the two-count and shooting. 6x from the right, 6x from the left.

Practice shooting from the penalty throw.

Learning new skills – using the ball, shooting, throwing.
