Andrew Breitbart's websites Big Journalism/Big Government are researching/reporting ref. the now defunct Save A

Life Foundation (SALF) that was based in Schiller Park, IL.

We understand that SALF was a subcontractor to DMT in fy 07-08 and received, in payment for services rendered,monies approximating $590,000 to, according to the Form 990 they filed with the IL Attorney General, "train 170emergency medial service providers as instructors at 33 military bases." Furthermore, we understand that Mr. VinceDavis was the SALF contact person with DMT in conjunction with the Nat't Guard Youth Challenge Program - theprogram under which this training occurred.

We have reason to believe that SALF is now being, or soon will be, investigated by the IL AG. Although SALFdissolved on 17 September 17, 2009, it reported receiving no income after I July 2008. Furthermore, it has not yetreported to the AG's satisfaction the disposition of its assets upon closing.

Here's what we'd like to know, sir:

1. Did DMT engage SALF as a subcontractor in conjunction with the Nat'l Guard Youth Challenge Program, or any

other Nat'l Guard program for that matter?2. What payment did SALF receive from DMT for services rendered?3. What documentation is DMT willing to provide us that certifies SALF was held accountable for fulfilling theirsubcontract requirements to DMT?4. To DMT's satisfaction, did SALF adequately account for the monies it received? And,5. If it was not you, then who was the primary contact between DMT and SALF in conjunction with theaforementioned contract - assuming it was, indeed, a contract and not a "grant" as SALF indicated in its Form 990submitted to the AG on 30 June 2008, covering the 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008 fy.

We've recently learned that the Illinois Attorney General's Office is engaged in an investigation prompted by theinsufficient, to date, closing documentation that SALF submitted to the AG's Charitable Trust Bureau upon theoccasion of their official termination of operations on 17 September 2009.

Given that DMT was SALF's last big contract, do you now have any comment on DMT's relationship with SALF?
