    - Use whole body to listen, hear and feel

    message

    - Check using reframing- Use non-verbal language cues => speak or

    not

    - Listen as well as respond so the other

    person knows that you have understood.

    Working with others is essential

    Locking yourself away either because you believe

    you specialise in only one field or for just one person

    alone, is not a sustainable strategy.

    It can lead to isolation fever symptoms include

    stress, erratic behavior, inadequate performance

    You certainly dont want to finish up like Leo has here

    living in his own dream-world where everyone is anenemy

    and nightmares become a way of living
