Leaving the Scheme - Refunds
Read the factsheet on the website to see if you are eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible print off form RF12 and complete part A.
Give the form to your employer for them to complete part B. They will either update your records or send the form to us so we can update your records.
We will aim to pay your refund within 15 days of receiving the RF12.
