Morro Bay Aquarium
This project is a response to the RFP put out by the city of Morro Bay. The re-design of the aquar-ium transforms the previously small and run-down building into a iconic piece of architecture. It features a two-level building along the waterfront that interacts with the famous Morro Bay Rock. The experience inside the aquarium walks the visitorsthrough a journey of marine education that starts in deep water exhibits and ascends to the shallow water as you travel through and up to the second story. The building also features two multipurpose decks and a waterside restaurant.

This house is located in Boulder, CO near Boulder creek that runs through the town. It is made to house the living quarters and business studio of a fly-fishing rod craftsman. The main axis that runs parallel to the creek is emphasized through a cen-tral wall that the building branches off of. Each side of the structure angles upward to maximize and celebrate the sur-roundings.
Campus Design
Central Axis Cross Axis
This building is part of a master plan done for the University of Colorado East Campus. It features a main axis that funnels users through the space and pushes them to intereact with the creek that is located on the north end of the site. As the natural landscape slopes downwards the path stays raised to allow for the native landscape and users to interact in a gentle synthesis.

This hut was produced as a creative project using rhino and vray. It is placed next to the Morro Bay rock and along the coast. The view deck is raised above the dunes to emphasize the views. The structure is made out of a frame that houses different materials as panels that create a dialong between opacity and sheerness that hide and reveal views. The space is meant to lift the beach goers off the ground and into a serene and contemplative space.
