Planning a successful launch begin well before launch day itself and includes many things other than what to do on launch day2

What have you done? What will you do?

There are some things to do that, if done properly and at the right time can boost your intranets chances of a positive impact3

Using the handout that has 12 possible activities listed ask participants to tick those that they would do, or have done. Then prioritise those that they have ticked. 1 for the most important actvity, 2 for second etc.
