ハセックギヤカップリングの 基本形式と構成部品 

BASIC TYPE AND COMPONENTS

4つの基本的相対変位に対して円滑な動力伝達をします平行変位駆動・従動軸が平行ではあるが、同一線上にない場合です。ギヤカップリングの許容平行変位量(δ)は、P4を参照下さい。

角度変位駆動・従動軸線が交差し、同一線上にない場合です。ギヤカップリングの許容角度変位量(θ)は、下記の通りです。NSS・NSM・NUSは1°30′迄です。NCCは1°迄です。

合成変位駆動・従動軸が交差せず、しかも互いに平行でない場合です。

軸方向変位駆動・従動軸線が同一線上にあり、軸間距離に移動がある場合です。許容軸方向変位量はC寸法の±25%です。(NSS.NUS.NSE.NCC.NCEのみの適用)

PARALLEL MISALIGNMENTThe driving shaft and the driven shaft are parallel to each other but not on the same straight line. For the permissible parallel offset allowances(δ)of gear couplings:PAGE4.

ANGULAR MISALIGNMENTThe driving shaft and the driven shaft cross each other but not on the same straight line.The permissible angular misalignment(θ)scified for NSS,NSM and NUS is1°30′,and (θ)for NCC is1°.

COMPOSITE MISALIGNMENTThe driving shaft and the driven shaft do neither cross each other nor are they parallel to each other.

OFFSET MISALIGNMENTThe driving shaft and the driven shaft are on the same line but the distance between the two shafts varies.The permissible axial misalignment is ± 25% of dimension C.(Applicable only to NSS,NUS,NSE,NCC and NCE.)

ギヤカップリングの使い方 ギヤカップリングの機能をじゅうぶんに発揮させるためには、各種形式

を正しく使用していただくことが必要です。駆動・従動軸間のすべての相

対変位は、2つの内筒に組合わされた外筒の傾斜となってあらわれます。

したがって、原則的に、固定支持された軸受間では、つねに2つの内筒が

それぞれの外筒に自由な状態でかみあっていなくてはなりません。

 NSE、NSME、NCEを(6)のように1組だけで使用した場合は、平行

変位は許容されません。またNSS、NSM、NUS、NCCを(7)のよう

に中間に軸受なしで2組以上使用した場合は、不安定な状態で運転される

ことになりますのでさけなければなりません。

ギヤカップリングの型番選定1)使用する軸径を許容できる型番はどれか!

 駆動および従動機の軸径が、許容最大軸径以内である型番を選びます。

2)伝達動力からみてトルクが許容範囲にある型番はどれか!

 伝達動力を下記要領で計算して下さい。

 ①下表より荷重係数(F)を選定します。

HOW TO USE GEAR COUPLINGSFirst of all,it is important for best application of the gear couplings to select the proper type and size which meet the specific application requirements best.Any misalignment appears as an inclination of the hub,which a shaft is connected,to the sleeves, and it shall be made sure that a hub can take any inclination freely inside the sleeve with which the hub is engaged.NSE,NSME and NCE,when used in a single pair as shown is (6),can not accmmodate any offset misalignment. Any use of NSS,NSM,NUS and NCC,in double pairs or more as illustrated in (7) in the following diagramis not recommended,as such use tends to result in unstable operations.

注)NSE、NSME、NCEの場合は、(1)もしくは(2)のように、使用します。ただし、(5)の場合は原則的にはさけなければなりませんが、じゅうぶん正確な心出しを行なった場合には使用可能となります。

注)NSS、NSM、NCCを中間軸で使用する場合は、(3)のように固定支持を設けます。(7)のように使用しますと、中間軸が自由に動いて振れまわりが起こります。

注)NSS、NSM、NCCまたはNUSとNSE、NSME、NCEを中間軸で使用する場合は、(4)のように可傾支持を設けます。

注)(8)のように使用しますと中間軸が傾斜した状態となり振れまわりが起こります。

Remark:NSE,NSME and NCE shall be used as (1) and (2).They shall not be used as (5) unless the shaft centering is made very accurately.

Remark:When NSS,NSM and NCC are used in double pairs with an in- termediary floating shaft,such shaft shall be supported properly by means of bearings as shown in (3).if they are used in such a manner as shown in (7) ,it shall be noted that the floating shaft tends to' swing.

Remark:When NSS,NSM,NCC or NUS is used in a pair with NSE,NSME or NCE being connected by a floating shaft,such shaft shall be supported by means of freely inclinable bearings as shown in (4).

Remark:If they are used in such a manner as shown in (8),the shaft tends to incline and swing.

GEAR COUPLING SELECTION1)Select a proper size from the coupling series in consideration,referring to the maximam shaft diameter which it can connect.

2)Make it sure,referring to the rated torque shown in the specification  table,that the selected size has a transmission capacity suffic for the application.

 The power to be transmitted is culculated in accordance with the following procedure.

  ①Select a proper load coefficient(F)from the following table.

ギヤカップリング組立て順序 MOUNTING OF GEAR COUPLINGS

1.洗浄  内筒・外筒などの部品をじゅうぶんに洗います。

2.O-リングの挿入  O-リングを外筒のシール溝に挿入します。

3.内・外筒の軸への挿入  まず外筒を軸に入れ、次に内筒の向きを確認して

軸に嵌め込みます。  このとき、O-リングへ傷をつけぬようとくに御

注意下さい。

4.キーの打込み  キーの面取り部から油洩れする場合がありますの

で、キーシール剤をじゅうぶん塗ってからキーを打込んで下さい。

5.機器の据付け  駆動・従動機を定められた位置に据え付けます。

6.芯出し  ダイヤルゲージによる方法はFig.1のとおりダ

イヤルゲージ固定側の軸を回して調整してください。

  芯振れが小さければ小さいほどギャカップリングの寿命ものびますので、芯出しは正確に行なって下さい。

7.外筒の組み立て  外筒A、B(または、ソリッドフランジ)のフラ

ンジをリーマボルトで締付けます。この際、特にフランジ面のO-リングの挿入を忘れないようにします。

8.潤滑剤の注入  注油口からオイルまたはグリースを所定量注入し

ます。特にグリース給脂の場合は内筒、外筒歯面にじゅうぶんグリースを塗布してから組み立て、給油口より所定量まで給脂します。

1.Cleanlng  All parts and components shall be cleaned

carefully before mounting.

2.insertion of O-rings  O-rings shall be inserted into the sealing

grooves provided on the sleeves.

3.Insertion of HUB and SLEEVE into shaft.   Place the SLEEVE and O-ring into shaft at

first,then confirm the direction of HUB,and fit it on shaft.

  At that time take special care not to damage the O-ring.

4.Key insertion  The key shall be coated carefully with a

sealing chemical before insertion in order to present oil leaking through the key way.

5.Installation of the machines to be coupled.  The drive machine and the load machine

shall be installed correctly in the predetermined positions.

6.Centering  Fig.1 shows dial gauge centering; it is

carried out by fixing the gauge on one of the hubs and then by turning the shaft connected to the other hub.

  An accurate centering is essential for securing a longer coupling life.

7.Assembling of sleeves  Insert an O-ring between the flanges of a

pair of outer cylinders and clamp them with bolts,making sure that the two flanges are in complete alignment. As NSS and NSE transmit torque by the friction between flanges.

8.Put in the proper volume of grease or oil through the lubrication inlets.

  When grease is used,apply sufficient amount of grease on the teeth of the hubs before assembly. Then,put predetermined volume of grease through the lubrication inlets. After greasing,fasten the inlet plugs tightly.

ギヤカップリングの芯出推奨値 RECOMMENDATION OF CENTERLING

一般産業機械における、1800〔min-1〕以下の場合、下記値を参考と致します。

Respective values in the left table shall be applied to those of 1800 〔min-1〕 or less in rotation in case of general industrial machine.

潤滑油の注入と推選潤滑剤 RECOMENDED LUBRICATION

潤滑油の注入 注油口はグリースまたはオイルを所定量注入します。(各形番の油量は以降の寸法表に記載してあります。)とくにグリース給脂の場合は、内筒歯面にじゅうぶんグリースを塗布してから組みたて、給油口より所定量まで給脂します。潤滑剤の注入後は、プラグをしっかりしめつけて下さい。 この潤滑剤の注入は、ギヤカップリングの性能を維持する上にきわめて重要な要素の一つです。つまり、潤滑剤が歯の接触面に油膜を形成して、金属面が直接に接触しあうことを防ぎ、歯面の耐摩耗性をあげ、騒音防止、温度上昇の防止、さらにある程度の自動振動の防止の役目を果たします。 このように潤滑剤は重要な役目をもっておりますので、適正な製品を御使用して下さい。ギヤカップリングの推せん潤滑剤は下記のとおりです。 なお、潤滑剤はカップリングの使用状況に応じて劣化してきます。適時に交換を行なうことにより、カップリングの寿命をのばすことができます。

LUBRICATIONPut in the proper volume of grease or oil through the lubrication inlets.(the proper oil volume for each size is given in the specification tables.)when grease is used apply suffient amount of grease on the teeth of the hub before assembly. Then, put in the specified amount of grease through the lubrication inlets Then, fasten the plug tightly.Lubrication is a very important factor for perfect operation of gear couplings. Lubricant forms an oil film on the tooth surface, prevents direct metal contact, improves the wear resistance of the teeth, reduce noise, prevents the temperature rise and self oscillation.Thus lubricant plays a very important part and the use of proper lubricant is very important too. For the recommended lubricants refer to the following table. Lubricant deteriorates by the use of couplings and should be changed from time to time for ensuring an extended service life of couplings.

Replacement period of lubricant.

 純正グリースは、さまざまな条件下のギヤカップリングに安

■純正グリースの特長

 ハセックカップリング純正グリースは、高粘度油と特殊ポリ

マーとをリチューム石けんでゲル化させ、二硫化モリブデンの

ほか油性向上剤、極圧剤などを配合したグリースで次のような

すぐれた特性を持っています。

高粘着性のグリースのため、吸着力と付着性に富んでいます。強い付着力

撥水性と抗乳化性のため、水中や多湿雰囲気下でグリースの軟化流出が少なくなりました。強い耐水性

二硫化モリブデンの配合と、極圧性などの作用で極圧、衝撃化の潤滑を守ります。

Genuine grease to gear couplingGear coupling has increased in troubles attributed to misselection of grease, Especially when the gear coupling bears large load, unless given grease of higher performance and suitable characteristic, trouble will be caused to lead to the stop of equipment, This invites a great loss.The genuine grease is high perpormance grease for exclusive use that can without anxiety be used for gear coupling under various conditons.Feature of genuine greaseHASEC coupling genuine grease is grease that oil improver and extreme pressure agent besides molybdenum disulfide are blended into, converting high viscosity oil and special polymer to gel by lithium soap. This grease possesses such excellent characteristic as follows.

■ 特殊形ギヤカップリング  SPECIAL TYPE GEAR COUPLINGS

油洩れ防止板付WITH PLATE TO PREVENT OIL LEAKAGE.

  キー溝からの油洩れを防ぎます。  Oil leakage from key ways is prevented.

ブレーキドラム形BRAKE DRUM TYPE

  制動装置用として使用します。  This is suitable for brake applications.

スライド形SLIDE TYPE

従動機側の軸が稼働中にスラスト方向に動く場合に使用します。This is used in such applications where the driven shaft may be subjected to a thrust load.

中間軸形WITH INTERMEDIATE SHAFT

駆、従動軸の取付寸法が長い場合に使用します。An intermediate shaft is used when the coupling distance is long.

高速形HIGH SPEED TYPE

高速で回転させますのでリーマボルトの頭を沈み型にしてあります。The heads of reamer bolts are embeded into the sleeve flanges in order to reduce air resistance against high speed operation.

高速強制給油形HIGH SPEED FORCED LUBRICATION TYPE

高速回転の継手として使用、長期連続回転用にも使用されます。This is especially siutable for high speed operations as well as for long run operations.

竪形 VARTICAL TYPE

駆、従動軸が竪軸で、取付寸法が長い場合に使用します。This is used for vertical applications where the drive shaft and the driven shaft are apart. This type of coupling is used in a pair being connected with a floating shaft.

■ 特殊形ギヤカップリング  SPECIAL TYPE GEAR COUPLINGS

�シャーピン形 SHEAR-PIN TYPE

伝達軸に過大な捩りモーメントが加わった場合に内部に設置されたシャーピンが破断し各機種を保護します。

A built-in shear-pin breaks and protects the system in case an excessive torsional load is applied.

�シャーボルト形 SHEAR BOLT TYPE

クラッチ形 CLUTCH TYPE

駆動機側の動力を従動機側に一時的に伝達させない場合に使用します。This is used in such applications where temporary de-coupling is required for some reasons.

急傾斜形 LARGE INCLINATION TYPE

角度変位が極端に大きい場合に使用します。最大傾斜角6°迄可能な形状のものもあります。This is used in such applications where the angular misalignment is very large. The maximam misalignment to be accmmodate by it is 6°.

フリクション形FRICTION TYPE

シャーピン形と同様の役目をはたします。但しシャーピン形と異なり過大な捩りモーメントが加わりますと、スリップする構造になっています。This protects the system too in case of an over-load, but the protection is facilitated by means of a slip mechanism.

スピンドル形SPINDLE TYPE

駆、従動軸の芯狂が極端に大きい場合に使用します。又軸方向の移動が大きい場合は中間軸にスプリング等を設けて軸方向の移動を止めます。

This is used in such applications where the parallel or axial misalignment is very large. For accmmodate of axial displacement a spring mechanism is in used, which is corporated into the floating shaft.
