The County contracted with theDistrict Court 54-A for the 100%-reimbursed hire of a fulltime special probation officer (full salary and partial-pay benefits)The project period and county contract with the court are effective from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2012.

Not only do I want a list of all these Council Committee of the Whole meetings, but I also need documentationof all cancelled Committee of the Whole meetings during the aforementioned time period and the attendance recordsof each council member for all the Committee of the Whole meetings that I am requesting. As provided by the openrecords law, I expect a response w ithin five (5) business days. If you choose to deny this reques t, please provide awritten explanation for the denial, including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely.Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.Furthermore, I agree to pay any reasonable copying and postage fees of not more than $100.00.
