Companies, which paved her way to truly understanding all economic trends and real estate

successful business in Southern California and Santa Fe New Mexico, Marsha is a true leader

and marketing expert. After leaving a lucrative Real Estate career in Los Angeles, Marsha went

to Santa Fe in 1991 and started a mortgage company in addition to Large Real Estate Company,

Santa Fe Styles Realty. An expert in both large Commercial Properties, as well as residential

properties. She discovered that Santa Fe, was not where her heart was, and came back to her

beloved City of Los Angeles in 2001 and successfully restarted her previous business with

her extensive list of clientelle and investors. She immersed herself in the community. A leader,

availing herself to programs as broad as the Chamber of Commerce, animals shelters, Life

Coaching for businesses. She teaches Body Language in Sales and has mentored hundreds

of real estate agents to recognize the art of connecting with people.

Marsha has also thrived as an expert in the Commercial Real Estate Market. She has successfully

dosed escrows on The Del Webb Building (a 150,000 square foot building). Sold over 3,500

apartment units, has both sold and help develop commercial buildings, shopping centers and

condominiums with a particular emphasis on fi nances' as well as marketing in challenging
