"LEGAL EDUCATION OF ORPHANS AND PROTECTION OF THEIR RIGHTS“
THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
to raise the level of legal knowledge of orphans and their adoptive parents and teach them to defend their rights.
is the professional development of students in a systematic participation in practical problem solving.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
- to investigate the problems arising in the practice of the guardianship authorities and prosecutors in the field of social protection of orphans and families, to educate them;
- to familiarize students with basic diagnostic techniques, methods and techniques used in the legal education of orphans;
- develop interactive sessions aimed at legal education of orphans and families in which they are raised;
- to develop a methodological support for legal education for the guardianship authorities, as well as families with children-orphans;
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
- to generate evidence-based proposals for amendments to the legislation on the prevention of violations of the rights of orphans;
- to organize the work on carrying out of studies on legal education of orphans Kobrin Children's Village, an orphanage in Kobrin and Buchemlya;
- hold seminars for employees of the guardianship authorities and prosecutors on the organization of legal education of orphans in the city of Brest;
- organize counseling for orphans and families, to educate them, on certain matters in the form of a separate section of the Legal Clinic of the Brest State University.
