(a) January 5, 1985 , 98th annual meeting of Shareholders minutes, with mention of

disposition of farm properties, cash flow concerns and selling or winding down the

manufacturing operation;

(b) January 5, 1985 Director's meeting minutes;

(c) May 2, 1985 Directors meeting minutes - "main purpose of this meeting was to

discuss whether we would consider giving the Bank of Commerce a Demand Debenture

on the manufacturing building and equipment and the property on which it is located."

Also discussed possible sale of plant, and Bruce County Museum proposal of turning

factory into the Industrial Furniture Interpretation Centre.
