It is the sending equipment which contains a number which communication completes By it, So Zero between these numbers. Zero is the clear expression for connecting to other country or other city. As many people not use these number as well us ideal using, thinking for trying to abolish this Number from the telephone except where necessary

This idea isn't new , but the new that we use a computer by using completing circle which programming through computer , and do all requisite (PIC. Micro Control). For that this project forming three two parts.

How to use the project:
Our project is working automatically if your connect it to the power and telephone Line, but the user is needed at the case of errors removing password changing, other wise the project working properly.
1. at the case of the line bad the project gives the message (Line bad ) on the LCD and the PC also gives alarm
2. at the same time of incoming call it gives the message (Ringing ) the ID of the caller
3. at tha same time if out calling if gives a message of (dialing ) and gives called ID Not allow of national or international calls for the persons that has not password and off the line if three successive wrong password
4. By entering the key the project gives a chance to cancel the errors and changing the password
5. Any call external of the home not allowable even local call.

Benefits of the project
This is better than last one that this project has LCD that gives messages of warning And guiding. Also this project gives the same massages to the PC (Personal computer ) that can print the result and the complete report including the data And time.

M-8870 operating functions (see fig. 16 ) include a band split filter that separates high and low tones of the received pair, and a digital decoder that verifies both of frequency and duration of the received tones before passing the resulting 4-bit code to the output bus. See Table2.

general Description of PIC16f871
The pic16f871 is a low-cost performance CMOS, fully static, 13bit microcontroller.
The Data EEPROM and FLASH Program Memory are readable and writable during normal operation over the entire VDD range. A bulk erase operation may not be issued from user code (which includes removing code protection). The data memory is not directly mapped in the register file space. Instead, it is indirectly addressed through the Special Function Registers (SFR).
