If you’re tired of completing the same searches over and over again

and want to stop duplicating your efforts, Search Alerts will be a

valuable resource for your toolbox. When you save a search and set

an alert, anyone new who joins LinkedIn that fits your search criteria

will show up in an email alert, which you will receive on a daily basis.

You will also be alerted of those who change their profile to fit your

Update Me

Have you ever talked to a candidate and they weren’t quite ready to

make the jump to a new company? If so, set an Update Me and

become alerted to any change they make to their profiles going

forward. Candidates typically don’t update their profiles until they’re

looking to make a move, or at least are becoming open to heavy

networking. When you see these alerts populate, reach out and
