I am writing as a person of faith to ask that ICE immediately stop its aggressive practices of breaking up the families of upstanding, tax-paying residents. These harmful practices were applied in the cases of Roby Sanger, Gunawan Liem, and Henry Pangemanan, three Indonesian men who contribute to and are known and loved in their community and congregations. The recent actions of ICE are not making America safer but breaking up families and tearing apart our communities. We ask that you amend all such policies and that you release Roby Sanger and Gunawan Liem immediately. Thank you.
