Galactic Gadgets Galore (3G) is the best market in the galaxy for the latest inventions. I bought a Brellafield 3000 charger, Pogo-Plane springs, and Sandsurf Super-Sticky Board Wax. Then I realized I’d lost Kiwi in the maze of stalls, vendors, and carts. Again.

I soon found him haggling over a huge Persian rug. And get this, he was speaking Persian! What a God-given gift! His language

skills helped him get lower prices when wheeling and dealing in the market. But I was tuckered out and ready to go home. Kiwi was holding a Squirter Pro XR heat vision water gun in one paw, Blasterpack Booster in another, and had a Spinny-Spin Hydro-Mixer balanced on his head. I was like, “Kiwi, where are you going to put a rug?” He said in the tree fort, for ninja practice.

Ephesians 3:20 (NIrV)

This means that anyone who belongs to Christ

has become a new person. The old life is gone;

a new life has begun!

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT)

He counts the stars and calls them all by name. How great

is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is

beyond comprehension! Psalm 147:4-5 (NLT)

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust

in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the

Eureka! Bible Passage:Eureka! Bible Passage: Acts 2:1-41

3Week 1

A. All who believed in Jesus met together on the day of Pentecost. A sound like a strong wind came from heaven and filled the house. They saw what looked like tongues of fire settling on each of them. The Holy Spirit filled every believer. He gave them power to speak languages they didn’t know.

B. Jews from all over the world were in Jerusalem for Pentecost. They heard the believers speaking in their own languages. They were confused and amazed. They said, “These people are from Galilee, but we are from all over the world. How do they speak our languages?”

C. Peter stood and spoke to the crowd. He said, “Let me explain this to you. Long ago, God said, ‘I will give my Spirit to my servants.

Through my Spirit, they will prophesy.’” Peter explained, “Jesus came from God and showed you many miracles. Evil men helped you crucify Him, but God brought Him back to life. We know this because we have seen Him. Now Jesus is with God, and He has given us the Holy Spirit. You killed Him, but God has made Him Lord.”

D. When the people heard this, it had an effect on them. They asked, “What can we do?”

E. Peter answered, “Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus. He will forgive your sins and give you the Holy Spirit.”

Everyone who believed Peter’s message was baptized. About 3,000 people became believers that day.

4 Week 1

Okay, that’s not what I meant. I meant where would he put it NOW, since his hands (and head) were full and I didn’t plan to carry it, that’s for sure. A 20-foot rug is so super heavy and floppy that it is hard to move, even in an empty room. But we were at 3G, a market crowded with people and expensive, breakable items. Kiwi told me not to worry. Again.

A tiny gerbil carrying a huge rug through a

crowded market isn’t a great idea. Kiwi wiped out the laser beam stall, three underwater drones, and five nitro-nanobots. I wished I had my Bye-Bye Invisi-Beam so no one could see me following him! On the upside, with the money he saved on the rug, he was able to fix everything he broke on the way out. So it kind of worked out. And he was right. It’s the comfiest rug ever for ninja practice.

Record Your Discovery!

Draw something to help you remember what you’ve discovered in the passage.

Kiwi buried 6 words from the Remember Verse in the Bible picture. Can you find them?

Niki used a word from the Eureka! Bible Passage in her journal. Can you find that too?

Oops. Kiwi flipped some words while doing flips. Trace the flipped words to

finish part of the Remember Verse.
