3. Successful bidders may collect their items or certificates upon paymentat the cashier’s desk. "Dreams" must be used before next year’s Auction, unless an earlier exp iry is set.

4. Each item shall be at the purchaser’s risk after the fall of the hammer.

5. In the event of a disputed final b id, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder.

6. It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to make contact with the individual or business supplying the "Dream" and arrange for dates of use, etc.
