As always, we have a busy term ahead of us—full of new experiences and enjoyment for all. Next Monday we will be transferring to a new financial system. We will not be able to accept any payments until further notice. There will also be times when our hardworking office staff will not be available to serve students and families. This is a brand new system and a major overhaul so processes will be slower, especially to begin with. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience. Education Week is Week 3 of this term, (the theme is “I Learn, We Learn”). We will be holding open classrooms on Wednesday 2nd August from 10:30 and a free sausage sizzle will be provided. We would love for you to join us and your children in the classroom and stay for a picnic lunch at 11.15am. A formal assembly will be held at Mt View High School on the Wednesday afternoon (2nd August) to recognise Education Week award recipients. Parent Teacher interviews are being arranged by our classroom teachers to occur in Week 3 and 4. You will receive a note home from your child’s class teacher soon to enable you to book a suitable time. This is a great opportunity to discuss your child’s school progress and set new goals for them to achieve in Semester 2. Hope to see you there! Good luck to all of our students representing the school at Zone athletics next Friday (28th July) at Turner Park. I am sure they will represent themselves and our school with pride once again! A warm welcome back to everyone after our two week winter

break.

As always, we have a busy term ahead of us—full of new

experiences and enjoyment for all.

Next Monday we will be transferring to a new financial system.

We will not be able to accept any payments until further notice.

There will also be times when our hardworking office staff will not

be available to serve students and families. This is a brand new

system and a major overhaul so processes will be slower,

especially to begin with. We apologise for any inconvenience

and thank you in advance for your patience.

Education Week is Week 3 of this term, (the theme is “I Learn, We

Learn”). We will be holding open classrooms on Wednesday 2nd

August from 10:30 and a free sausage sizzle will be provided. We

would love for you to join us and your children in the classroom

and stay for a picnic lunch at 11.15am. A formal assembly will be

held at Mt View High School on the Wednesday afternoon (2nd

August) to recognise Education Week award recipients.

Parent Teacher interviews are being arranged by our classroom

teachers to occur in Week 3 and 4. You will receive a note home

from your child’s class teacher soon to enable you to book a

suitable time. This is a great opportunity to discuss your child’s

school progress and set new goals for them to achieve in

Semester 2. Hope to see you there!

Good luck to all of our students representing the school at Zone

athletics next Friday (28th July) at Turner Park. I am sure they will

represent themselves and our school with pride once again!
