CONQUER THE HEALTH CLUSTER   2000 Alameda: July 17 You will have a chance to win a door prize and an opportunity to schedule a free 1-on-1 Wellness coaching with our Wellness Coach. Metabolic syndrome is often undetected and untreated. We’ll cover the five conditions—waist circumference, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, and blood pressure—plus goal-setting. 12 – 1 p.m.

FILM: HUNGRY FOR CHANGE Online OR RWC: August 21, 12 – 1:30 p.m.  This film exposes shocking secrets the diet, weight loss and food industry don't want you to know about; deceptive strategies designed to keep you coming back for more. Find out what's keeping you from having the body and health you deserve and how to escape the diet trap forever.

REJUVENATION AND RESILIENCY   RWC: August 27 This workshop will use a combination of lecture on research by Dr. Judy Moskowitz and others, skills practice, and reflective to find ways to practice gratitude, altruism, and use strengths in everyday life. We will set goals for improving self-care, which can increase our natural buffer to stress.
