Despite four days of rainy weather our
annual carnival still raised over
$4,500.00 for our school. When the
weather cooperated everyone enjoyed
the rides, games, food and fun. Our
students and families had such a great
time we hope to do it again next year!

They conquer who
believe they can. Ralph Waldo Emerson
Once again we
come to the end of
another super school
year. This year really
seemed to go by
quickly. Our children,
staff, and parent vol-
unteers accomplished
many great things this
year.
I would like to
take this opportunity
to thank the many,
many people who do-
nated their time and
energy to help
make this school
year a successful
year. This commit-
ment to greatness
is evident throughout
our school. Great peo-
ple make great
schools! Thank you for
helping to make our
school a truly great
school.
I look forward to
the start of the 2004-
2005 school year with
great hopes and high
expectations. Relax and
enjoy the summer
months. I’ll see you in
September.
Best Wishes,

2004 SPRING FLING GOOD CLEAN FUN !
Volume 10 , Issue 1
Taking a spin on the Tilt-A-Whirl. Roaring around on the Dragon Coaster.
Waiting to get wiped out on the Wipeout. A little Bridge School driver’s education on the Bumper Cars.
Racing down the Big Slide. Hanging out with friends and throwing darts for big prizes.

SPRING FLING
A leap of faith in the Castle. A brave soul dares to take on the Bungee Jump.
Throwing rings on bottles for big prizes. It’s harder than it looks! A little informal security to watch over the festivities.
Thank You! To all the teachers, staff, parents, former students and
community members who so graciously donated their
time and volunteered to help make our carnival the best
yet. Great people make great schools!

The excitement in room 105 was overwhelm-
ing on the morning of May 25th when our butterflies
finally emerged and became a reality to the students
who have been waiting in anticipation for weeks. The
race was on to see which chrysalis would split open
first. Soon we will release the butterflies to their nat-
ural environment.
