It steadily moves toward repentance, redemption, and restoration. Unit I: Amos Rails Against. The Chancel Choir The Chancel Choir includes adults and youth from ninth grade through twelfth grade. They sing traditional and contemporary anthems in the 11:00 worship service and rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. They rehearse year round and have two concerts, one at Christmas and one in the

spring. They had the privilege of singing in the Meyerson Symphony Hall in 2013. If you are interested in singing with this choir, please see Pam Cochrane or call her at 817-282-9181.

Adult Hand Bell Choir

The Adult Hand Bell choir plays three octaves of bells seasonally and rehearses Sundays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Rehearsals resume in late February and we will practice Lenten and Easter music in preparation for playing in worship. If you are interested in more in-formation or in joining this group, please contact Pam Cochrane at 817-282-9181.

Youth Chime Choir This instrumental group is made up of youth from 6th to 12th grades. (Chimes are played like hand bells but are a metal bar with a mallet attached to it, and they have a more mellow tone than bells). This choir meets on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. They contribute to worship by playing six times during the school year. For more information, contact Marcey Mullins or Pam Cochrane at the church Office, 817-282-9181.

Praise Ensemble The Praise Ensemble is a very fine group with stringed instruments, keyboard and percussion that plays all the music in the worship service on the fifth Sunday of the month. If you are interested in playing with this group, see Tom Demer or call the church office at 817-282-9181 and talk to Pam Cochrane.

Children’s Music During Sunday school each week (9:45 to 10:45), children will experience singing and playing rhythm instruments as they learn new and traditional church songs and hymns. They will sing in worship three or four times during the school year using the music they have been studying, and they will learn how to contribute to the worship service.
