Rule of ThirdsI believe it is the Rule of Thirds because you can easily separate the photo into thirds horizontally. One third can be the rocks, next the water horizon, and then the storm.

Rule of ThirdsI chose this because you can separate the picture into thirds horizontally. The water taking one third, the city and sky taking one, and the clouds taking the last third.
