7. Students are required to fulfill this requirement for graduation. Service Learning I and II take one hour per week for 14 weeks; normally, there are no classes in the beginning and the end of the semester, and

also during the midterm exam period.  For Service Learning III, more flexibility is allowed.

4. NTU students are required to take GE1501 and GE2410 at CityU. NTU may consider granting credit transfer of these courses to its students for fulfilling the [Criteria B] Liberal Education (A1 and A2) under NTU

curriculum.

1. NTU Civil Engineering Department assigns GE areas A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/A8 to its students.

2. NTU College Chinese (I) and (II) are granted special approval from EDGE director to fulfill CityU GE Area 1.

3. For transfer of NTU credits to CityU only. Linear Algebra contents are covered in NTU courses Engineering Mathematics I and II.

5. The corresponding credit units transferred to NTU for this CityU course are 2 credits.

8. NTU students are required to take a total of 4 credits of PE courses during their study at NTU. Credits will not be counted toward the total credits required for graduation. The four required credits of PE courses

should be composed of one credit from Health Related Physical Fitness「健康體適能」(one credit for one course) and three credits from Various Sport Courses「專項運動學群」(one credit for one course). The

four credits can be spread in two, three or four semesters as long as students can handle it.
