WHAT ASPECTS OF A JOB ARE ANALYZED?

Duties and Tasks: frequency, duration, effort, skill, complexity, equipment, standards, etc

Environment: unpleasant condition i.e. offensive odours and temperature extremes, risks to incumbent i.e. noxious fumes, radioactive substances, hostile & aggressive people, and dangerous explosives.

Tools and Equipment: protective clothing

Relationships Supervision given and received. Relationships with internal or external people.

Requirements The knowledges, skills, and abilities (KSA's) required to perform the job

REAL ESTATE Real estate is a term that encompasses land

along with improvements to the land, such as buildings, fences, wells and other site improvements that are fixed in location.

it is often considered synonymous with real property (sometimes realty).

"real estate" refers to the land and fixtures together
