COLORS & TEXTURES:North American Stone Company has made every effort to reproduce each color and texture as accurately as possible, the inherent nature of cast stone can result in minor variations. If the exact color and texture are critically important, we will gladly provide you actual samples of the stone. If you do not see the color or texture you are looking for, please contact us to discuss your needs, as we are able to adjust and match colors.

SHIPPING:All items are manufactured at our facility in McKinney, Texas. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. All claims on apparent shipping damage should immediately be noted on the bill of lading. Apparent and concealed damages must be reported to North American Stone Company within five days of delivery. Save all damaged stones and all packing material. North American Stone Company will replace any broken or chipped stones as soon as possible. DELIVERY: The truck driver will not take the shipment off the truck for you. We always request the trucking company to use a lift-gated truck, but this is not always possible. Please have the necessary human and/or mechanical resources (Several people capable of heavy lifting, or a forklift or pallet jack) available to unload from the truck’s tailgate.

RETURNS: Returns may be accepted provided the original packing is intact. Since each fireplace is built-to-order, all returns must be approved by North American Stone Company and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. There will be no refunds of the original shipping charges, and return freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer. INSTALLATION:Proper installation is your responsibility. If you choose to install yourself, make sure you have everything necessary for a correct installation. North American Stone Company can provide installation service on request. It is the responsibility and obligation of the customer to assure installation is done correctly and meets all national and local codes and ordinances. North American Stone Company cannot provide warranty protection to any fireplace that has not been correctly installed and/or damaged during installation. LIMITED WARRANTY: North American Stone Company takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to insure customer satisfaction. North American Stone Company warrants its fireplace mantels and/or surrounds to the owner of the structure to which the products are attached, that these products will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the term of the warranty period

A) The provisions of this limited warranty do not apply to products: Used for other purposes for which they are not designed or intended.1. Which have been repaired or altered without North American Stone Company’s 2. prior written consent.Which have been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident. 3. Which have been improperly stored, installed, or maintained. 4. Which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity, or other 5. environmental conditions. Which have been affected by normal wear and tear. 6. Which have been split or modified (by Customer or any other party) or are load 7. bearing.

B) The following costs and expenses are not covered by the provisions of this limited warranty:

Labor, cost for the removal and reinstallation of products. 1. Shipping and freight expenses required to return products to North American 2. Stone Company.Normal maintenance.3. Economic losses. 4.

Damage resulting from improper location, storage, handling, installation, or maintenance is not covered under the warranty.
