fish with a contour of vegetables, but sometimes we have already eat it at lunch, so we try to change the menu.

• piadina (it’s a kind of pizza with a different dough, like bread)

Out in a kind of typical tavern which is

named “Agriturismo” or “Trattoria” or in a

restaurant.

Agriturismo:It isn’t a restaurant but a place where the products are cultivated by the proprietors, so you can find only seasonal vegetables and the typical food of the area, the menus aren’t the same for more than a week.All this tavern have their own wine and the desserts are always made from the owners.
