According to you, what are the qualities to become successful
employ?Ans. A successful employ has
many qualities which should help him to be successful person like
honesty, lovable nature, obedient, peaceful mind…..
How many years of your experience?
Ans. 2years experience. Since you are successful….Sir, how
do you take your work?Ans. I do my work with happy and free mind
with the thinking of to help people specially poor people. And I always try my best to help those people in each way like with money with medicine etc
During your successful career, you might have faced some challenges, how do you face it?
Ans. I had many challenges in my carrier during my study time and also in my practice. I had done work with my peaceful mind and with thinking and blessing of my parents and god.
According to you, what is a job satisfaction?
Ans. In job, we can get internal as well as external satisfaction. Like wise internal satisfaction as we can get knowledge also from our seniors as well as our calligue. And also we can learn a lot things with them. And like external satisfaction we can also get a social benefits and also a high social people…..
Do you believe in reward or opportunity?
Ans. Yes opportunity is always help us to get or to be
a better. Opportunity gives us chance to work hard and
get success in way.
Sir, sometime in your career you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your expectation. How do you make them work?
Ans. We should not be always angry with those who don’t work according to our expectation but also try with love and respect. We should respect our juniors in their work and also appreciate their work. As we are seniors we have not fix thoughts in our mind that we should only word best. But sometimes juniors are also work good and also better than their seniors. So we have tried to help them to do work best.
Sir, sometime in your career you might have faced your seniors are not supporting according to your expectation. How you make them convince?
Ans. Yes there were many situation in my career when the seniors are not supporting according to our expectation, but I never loose courage. I tried my best to be a good practitioner and also respect always to my seniors as they are our older and also they have more experienced than us…
Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” ?
Ans. Yes I have once experienced that once upon a time when I was doing my studies I always afraid of doing/ making figure in journals. I always afraid that my figure will incorrect and always disappointed. I always draw it with my friends. But once there was given in vacation. So I tried but due to my fear I cant draw it properly. But when my friends are encourage me and I tried and tried than I success in work. This is a small but very useful experience in my life.
What is your message or advice for youth generations?
Ans. I want to advise them to do work with happily and also try to be obedient to their work and also respect your seniors as well as juniors. They all are also be a good teacher to us. We should always try to learn from each and every person.
