Personal Questions Tell us about yourself! "I am an outgoing person who interacts well with people, listen and understand to develop a deeper level of understanding. I like to prioritize my works and focus on its completion and Im very diligence. "I completed DCom in Sectorial practice, B.Com and now pursuing my Executive MBA at Christ University, Bangalore. I started to my career at ISRO as commercial Apprentice during 2009, immediately after completion of DCom, through campus recruitment, for tenure of one year and had a chance to work with the recruitment team. After the successful completion of the training in 2010, I was appointed as Stenographer on contract and had chance to work with various other departments in the ISAC namely in the recruitment, technical and in IT as a personnel secretary Currently Im working in the IT department as personnel secretary for Group Director Mr Rajeev Chethan, CCND and Mr Ramathan CND, with work scope of stenographer, transcribing notes into legal formats, letters and mails, Answering and forwarding calls, assisting in fixing up meetings Also I had chance to work with few renounced pupil in ISRO namely Mr. Malik ex-Deputy Director, CMA. Mr. Mayavan, Ex Senior Admin officer. Why do you wish to join ISRO? Next after the availability of science and technology I think the employees are the reason behind successful journey ISRO, and if this organization has a reputation or name in the field of science & space is because of them and I want to be a part of those people by which I will definitely groom my personality, knowledge and lifestyle and tomorrow when people appreciate this company I will feel proud to be the part of this organisation. Where do you see yourself in five years? Five year down the line I would like to see myself as an important part of ISRO. I would like to see myself as a more knowledgeable, well talented, experienced person, scaling to new heights. An efficient employee who will be more competent in skills and whom a company would not want to lose in any circumstances. How do you relate your previous work experience will suit this job? In my previous position, I used many of the same skills that are needed to do this job well. And been working as a part of ISAC I feel that it will be easy for me to adopt towards the organization culture and use my skills effectively. I feel my experience and contacts have prepared me for this step in my career." Do you have any questions? ISRO QUESTIONS What you know about ISRO? ISRO is the primary space agency of the Indian government. It is also one amongst the six largest government space agencies in the world ISRO was established in 1969, under the administrative control of the Department of Space, Government of India, headquartered in Bangalore. With current budget of Rs 66 billion (US$1.25 billion) The objective of ISRO is to develop space technology and its application to various national tasks. What are the various launch vehicles and satellites used in ISRO? There are two major satellite systems namely Indian National Satellites (INSAT) for communication services and Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites for management of natural resources. Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) is used for launching IRS type of satellites and Geostationary Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) for launching INSAT type of satellites. Kingfisher Airlines: The Kingfisher Airlines financial crisis refers to a series of events that led to

severe disruptions within Kingfisher Airlines. Ever since the airline commenced operations in 2005, it has been reporting losses. After acquiring Air Deccan, Kingfisher suffered a loss of over 1,000 crore (US$189 million) for three consecutive years. By early 2012, the airline accumulated losses of over 7,000 crore (US$1.32 billion) with half of its fleet grounded and several members of its staff going on strike. Kingfisher's position in top Indian airlines on the basis of market share had slipped to last from 2 because of the crisis.


Telengana Issue: The Telangana movement refers to a group of related political activities

organised to support the creation of a new state of Telangana, from the existing state of Andhra Pradesh in South India. The proposed new state corresponds to the Telugu-speaking portions of the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad.
