INTRODUCING THE ISO 19600 STANDARD
What is a compliance management system?A Compliance Management System (CMS) is a set of processes to make sure that an organiza���operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regula���and codes of conduct. What is the purpose of ISO 19600?The interna����tandard ISO 19600 provides guidelines for e����e compliance management systems. Based on the principles of good governance, pr�������, transparency and sustainability, it describes the key components and processes of an e����e CMS. The standard is a useful tool for organiza�����t wish to implement a compliance management system or are looking to standardize their system.

How does ISO 19600 relate to ISO 37001?ISO 19600, the standard for compliance management systems, and ISO 37001, the standard for an�-bribery management systems, are both based on the ISO principles for management systems, such as the risk-based approach as well as the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process cycle. THE ROAD TO ISO 19600 ASSURANCE
During the implementation process, DQS offers an gap analysis to identify potential for improvement and current status of existing systems and processes . This enables you to prepare for the Global Conformance Mark audit.
Once your company is ready, we set the audit date and select an auditor with the necessary experience and competences in your sector.
During the initial assessment, we evaluate whether your company meets the requirements of ISO 19600. The audit duration depends on the size and complexity of your operations.
After the audit, you will receive a detailed report, outlining our findings and describing the potential for improvement.
Should there be any non-conformities, you will have three months time to correct them and implement the appropriate corrective measures.
As soon as all non-conformities have been closed, the ISO 19600 Global Conformance Certificate will be issued, with a validity of one year.
The certificate will be published in the publicly accessible DQS Database.
Annual renewal is done through physical condition checks , system evaluation and KPI's review.
