  • PROCESS The bottom base of the pizza change according to. It is traditionally plain, but may also be seasoned with butter, garlic, or herbs. Put on cheese and topic ingredients. Finally put the pizza in the oven. And after 15 minutes take it out. And be ready for a culinary delight!

  • Goal The main goal is to earn money by selling pizzas. Ultimately it all comes down to selling. Even if input, output and the process are perfect and pizzas are being produced efficiently, it all is useless if the business doesnt earn a profit.

  • Control The control could be either the head chef or the manager. The head chef is in charge of: Checking that the ingredients have a good quality (input) Supervising the cooking (process) Make sure that the pizza is ready to be delivered to the client (output)

  • Control The manager is in charge of: Making sure the clients are satisfied Making sure the workers are doing there job Ensuring pizza is delivered on time to the customers

  • Environment The pizza place will be located either on la Condesa or la Roma colonies. The customers, however, may come from many nearby areas.
